These Terms of Service govern access to RCMEGA.com and purchases from RC MEGA. By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy and Returns, Resolution and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

2. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

A minor may use the website or operate a purchased product only under the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Information

RC MEGA makes reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices and availability.

However:

• Colours may differ slightly because of lighting and screen settings.

• Manufacturers may update packaging, components or specifications.

• Measurements and performance figures may be approximate.

• Product photographs may include optional accessories not supplied with the product.

• Manufacturer-stated speed, runtime and range may vary according to conditions, batteries, setup and use.

Customers should contact RC MEGA before ordering if a particular specification or compatibility requirement is essential.

4. Hobby-Grade Products

Hobby-grade RC products are not ordinary toys. They may require:

• Assembly or setup

• Calibration

• Regular maintenance

• Screw tightening

• Lubrication

• Gear-mesh adjustment

• Battery care

• Replacement of wear components

• Technical troubleshooting

Normal adjustment, maintenance or replacement of consumable components is not automatically a product defect.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

RC MEGA may verify, decline or cancel an order because of:

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Stock unavailability

• Payment failure

• Suspected fraud

• Delivery restrictions

• Incomplete customer information

• Supplier unavailability

• Legal or safety restrictions

• An obvious website or system error

If RC MEGA cancels a prepaid order, the amount received for the cancelled item will be refunded.

6. Payment

All orders are prepaid and must be paid in full through the payment methods offered during checkout or otherwise expressly approved by RC MEGA.

RC MEGA does not currently offer:

• Cash on Delivery

• Partial Cash on Delivery

• Payment on delivery

The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment, billing and contact information.

7. Pricing

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise.

RC MEGA may change prices without notice. A price change will not ordinarily affect an already accepted and paid order unless the displayed price was an obvious error.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be shown during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

8. Product Availability

“In Stock” indicates the product is expected to be available for normal processing when the website information was last updated.

Inventory errors can occasionally occur. If a paid item is unavailable, RC MEGA may offer:

• A revised fulfilment timeline

• A suitable alternative

• Removal of the unavailable item

• A refund for the unavailable item

9. Available on Order Products

Products marked Available on Order are sourced specifically against the customer’s confirmed requirement.

The standard estimated fulfilment period is 20–25 days, unless another timeline is displayed or communicated.

Once supplier payment, sourcing or import processing has begun, an Available on Order purchase cannot ordinarily be cancelled because the product has been procured specifically for that customer.

If RC MEGA cannot fulfil the purchase, the customer will be offered a revised timeline, an alternative product or a refund.

10. Dispatch and Delivery

In-stock products are normally dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, address issues, weather, transport restrictions, customs processes and other events outside RC MEGA’s reasonable control.

Risk associated with verified loss or transit damage will be handled under the Shipping and Delivery Policy and Returns, Resolution and Refund Policy.

11. No Change-of-Mind Returns

Because RC MEGA products are specialised, high-value hobby products, purchases are not returnable or exchangeable merely because the customer:

• Changes their mind

• Selects the wrong model, colour or variant

• No longer wants the product

• Finds the product difficult to operate

• Expected performance beyond the stated specification

• Fails to verify compatibility before ordering

Verified damage, wrong supply, missing items and genuine defects will be addressed under the Returns, Resolution and Refund Policy.

12. Technical Support

RC MEGA may provide reasonable remote technical assistance through messages, photographs, videos or calls.

Customers must follow safety instructions and provide reasonable evidence needed to diagnose a reported problem.

Technical assistance does not include responsibility for damage caused by crashes, misuse, incorrect charging, unauthorized modification, insufficient maintenance or incompatible equipment.

13. Safe Use

Customers are responsible for operating products safely, lawfully and according to manufacturer instructions.

Customers must:

• Use suitable batteries and chargers.

• Inspect the product before operation.

• Keep clear of people, animals, traffic and property.

• Use appropriate safety equipment.

• Supervise children.

• Follow local rules governing RC vehicles, boats, aircraft and radio equipment.

• Store and charge batteries safely.

• Stop using a product showing signs of damage, overheating or battery swelling.

RC MEGA is not responsible for loss or injury caused by unsafe, unlawful or improper use, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, graphics, layout and original media belonging to RC MEGA may not be reproduced, republished or commercially used without permission.

Manufacturer names, trademarks and product images remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Reviews and User Content

Customers who submit reviews, photographs, videos or feedback confirm that:

• The content is based on their genuine experience.

• They have the right to provide it.

• It does not violate another person’s rights.

• It is not unlawful, misleading or abusive.

RC MEGA may moderate or remove content that violates these requirements, subject to applicable law.

16. Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, reviews, communication and other functions.

Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. RC MEGA is not responsible for independent third-party services except to the extent required by law.

17. Website Availability

RC MEGA does not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.

The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances outside RC MEGA’s reasonable control.

18. Prohibited Use

Customers must not:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

• Attempt unauthorized access.

• Introduce malware or harmful code.

• Scrape or copy protected website content without authorization.

• Submit false order, payment or account information.

• Interfere with website security or operation.

• Misuse promotions, reviews or customer-support systems.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RC MEGA will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from improper use, crashes, modifications, insufficient maintenance or use outside manufacturer instructions.

This limitation does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a user agrees to compensate RC MEGA for losses arising directly from the user’s unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute by contacting RC MEGA. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from approaching an appropriate consumer commission, court or statutory authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

RC MEGA may update these terms when business practices, services or legal requirements change.

The revised version will be posted on RCMEGA.com with an updated revision date. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
