Where phone verification is used, your telephone number and verification status are processed to authenticate your details.
2. How we use your information
We use information to process and fulfil orders, verify payments and customer details, arrange delivery, provide technical support, handle complaints and refunds, prevent fraud, maintain business records and improve our website.

Online payments are processed by payment providers such as Razorpay under their own privacy and security policies.
For manual payments, we may review the transaction reference, payer details and payment evidence you provide. Please conceal unrelated account balances or transactions in screenshots. Never send us your UPI PIN, card security code, banking password or payment OTP.

Information may be shared with service providers where needed to operate our business, including:
- Shopify, which hosts our online store.
- Payment providers, including Razorpay.
- Couriers and logistics partners.
- Providers supporting customer communication, phone verification, reviews, analytics and website functionality.

For Community Listings, relevant buyer or seller details may be shared as needed to arrange an enquiry or agreed transaction. Information submitted for public listings or reviews may be displayed publicly; private contact or payment details should not be included in those submissions.

Our store uses Shopify and cookies or similar technologies for functions such as shopping carts, account sessions and security. Analytics, personalisation and advertising features may also process browsing information where enabled.
